About Us

SCPAC is a non-profit organization which is run entirely by volunteers.  Founded in 2006 by a group of working appraisers who recognized the need for us to band together to protect our businesses, reputations, independence and rights.  Since that time, our coalition has grown to more than 200 members.  Dodd-Frank, HVCC, unreasonable fees, AMC’s, indemnification clauses – the list of battles is quite long.
